Transplanted from NYC to Nashville, tenor saxophonist Evan Cobb is one of the forces pushing jazz forward in Music City. Last year, his quintet did a beautiful job highlighting the music of Art Blakey. We invited him back to interpret the music of pianist and composer Horace Silver. The Steinway will be in the more than able hands of Bruce Dudley, and the rest of Evan's superb working and recording band will be on hand as well. Top shelf classic jazz!
